Sunday Morning Worship
Each Sunday we gather together for worship. While we understand that worship itself is a value more than an activity we know that God desires His people to come together regularly to express worship to Him. The core components of our worship times involve:
- Teaching from the Bible
Every Sunday we are led in worship musically by a worship band. The message time is directly tied to the scriptures and is brought by one of our teaching pastors.
MaxKidz & Nursery/Preschool ministries are provided for children during both services
What are Family Groups?
We believe the ways and means of Jesus was to make disciples in the context of a small group of people intentionally experiencing life together. We believe that model is still the best model for the 21st Century. Our family groups are seeking to follow this model by spending quality time together relationally as well as time discussing the scriptures. The goal of each group is to see Christ form His character in them and extend His ministry through them.
How can I get connected?
For location times and contact info, visit our Family Groups page. For more information, we encourage you to reach out to our Family Group coordinator, Renee Kohl.
Family Group Resources
We have lesson participant guides available in the resources section of our main Family Groups page.
Children & Preschool
9:00 AM & 10:45 AM
At FBCLP, we believe that a child’s spiritual journey should begin at birth. Our desire is to partner with parents as they build a solid spiritual foundation in the lives of their preschoolers (birth through Kindergarten).
Preschool Ministry is a place where Biblical truths are taught on an age-appropriate level in a safe, loving environment. In keeping with that partnership, we strive to effectively minister to your child in all areas of life: physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual.
Welcome to MaxKids at FBCLP where children experience an authentic worship service, hear sound Biblical instruction and make connections with adult leaders and other children!
Families with children Kindergarten through fifth grade are given a safe place where each child is greeted and welcomed, and provided the opportunity to learn who God is and what He has done.
